Canaan
Baptist Church (CBC) has been a Chosen
300 Ministry Alliance Church since 2008. Our dedicated and committed
volunteers have reached out and fed over 1,865 homeless men and women last year.
In our effort to Up Reach and
Out Reach
this year, CBC volunteers will continue to go to Center City every two months on
the second Wednesday of the month to feed the homeless and the poor.
Chosen 300 Ministries, Inc. Mission is
“To bring Christians of different membership groups together, helping them to
realize that despite our differences in our race, ethnic group, denomination,
social class, economic classes, or the diverse ways we practice our faith, we
can unify ourselves for the common good. The purpose of our unification is to
distribute meals & services to the homeless; to provide pre-release classes
to incarcerated persons; and offer positive-value programs for inter-city
youth.”

All donations are needed and welcome.
Canned goods (greens, peas, corn, etc.) rice, sweet potatoes, salad (bags), salad dressings, baked goods ( cookies, cakes, etc.) plates, napkins, heavy duty plastic utensils.
