Teen Ministry Director

Mr. Kevin Bennett was born and raised in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia, PA. As a product of the Philadelphia School District, Mr. Bennett graduated from The High School of Engineering and Science with honors, as well as being inducted as a member of the National Honor Society, the National Beta Club, and other extracurricular activities.


During his teenage years, Mr. Bennett was actively involved as a student youth ministry leader where he realized his passion for youth ministry. This newfound passion compelled Bennett to attend Eastern University to further his studies in the area of Youth Ministry where he graduated with a BA in Youth Ministry in 2008. While attending Eastern University, Mr. Bennett was involved in various student development and leadership programs that played a vital part in shaping campus life for future students. After completing his degree at Eastern University, he enrolled that following fall semester at Palmer Theological Seminary. In May 2011, Mr. Bennett graduated from Palmer with a Masters in Theological Studies with a concentration in Political and Public Policy.

In January of 2010 Mr. Bennett received a call to serve as the Youth Minister at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Woodlynne, NJ. By God’s grace, under his leadership the youth ministry experienced significant growth and community impact. It is his passion to work with youth as they continue to grow and develop into the men and women of God in which they are called to be. He also has a passion to minister to political leaders to bring about a holistic change within society.

Mr. Bennett is marrried to the  Ms. Nichelle Frazier.
